The extract window

This window allows you to create cutting maps and appy then to the current picture in TVPaint Animation.

Use the [+] button to create a new cutting map. You will have to choose a destination folder where the pictures will be saved after being cut. Use the [Folder...] button to select it. Click on the [Edit...] button to open the cutting map editor with the picture currently displayed in TVPaint Animation as source.

The cutting map editor is a modal window, you will have to close if you want to come back to the other Gepro windows.
In this editor, use the [+] and [X] buttons to create and delete an extract, respectively.
An extract is a rectangular part of the picture.
Create an extract, rename and comment it with the Name and Desc field. Drag the selection rectangle in the picture to define the extract position. Right-Drag the rectangle to set its size. When you Drag the rectangle, you can clic anywhere in the picture, not only "in" the rectangle.
For each extract, you will have to set a filename and select a save format. Complete the appropriate fields.
Double click on an extract, in the list, to save the extract. Then, you can find the file in the specified folder, the one you have chosen in the Extract window.

Ther are several buttons to make fine adjustments to the position and the size of the selected extract. You can select a new color for the selection rectangle with a click on the small colored squares, the first is for the selected extract, the second for the others. The preview options allows you to see the extract in the picture, alone at real size or magnified 2 and 4 times.

Click on the [OK] button when all the extracts are defined.

In the extraction window, double-click on a map, in the list, to save all the extracts with the current TVPaint Animation picture as source. All the files will be saved in the specified folder.

The notes window

In this window, you can read and write the description of the current project, you can also add short notes about your work. You are free to use it as you want.

Use the [+] and [X] buttons to add or delete a note, respectively. The notes are listed in a table, one note by line. Click on a line to select a note. Use the Edit fields to modify the note's content. Each note can contains these informations : title, date, comment, duration and value. Additionnal information is available at the bottom of the table : number of notes, total durations, sum of all values.

A chronometer is available and allows you to evaluate the time you spend on a specific task and add it to the Duration field of the selected note by using the [Add] button.

You can copy all the notes into the clipboard with the [Copy to Clipboard] button.

The preferences window

This window allows you to modify the layout of the Colors, Files and Brushes windows. There you can select the icon size, number of columns and overall presentation of each of these windows. Vous pouvez définir la taille des icônes, le nomble de colonnes de la liste et l'affichage des libellés..
