Circler

Circler version 1.0
This program wraps a picture into a disc or a ring.
It is useful to create logos or maps that you can apply on circular 3D objects.
You can set the ring size, apply circular or radial blur, flip the source picture.
It uses 32 bit format (BMP and TGA) or 24 bit format (BMP,JPEG).
Circler uses also Window's clipboard , in 24 and 32 bit.
